I am a current resident at Havannah House, searching for someone to take over my tenancy as I have no exams over the summer diet.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance quickly responds to issues and can fix most problems within a day or two.
The flat is conveniently located close to The University of Strathclyde, City of Glasgow College, and Glasgow Caledonian University; making it ideal for local students. High Street train station is located iust around the corner from the property and many shops and services are located within a
5-10 minute walk. A Spar is located next to the property.
