We're moving out of our beloved flat, and looking for two lovely people - or couples - to take over by mid February.

We initially need someone to cover the flat until the end of our lease in March (we have our landlord's permission to sublet) - and there is then the possibility of extending into a full lease.

The flat has high ceilings and large windows - with a big living room and kitchen, a hallway full of cupboards, and two double bedrooms. There are dark wooden floors in the hallway and living room. The flat comes with furniture - beds, kitchen table, sofas etc.

We've lived in the flat for 2 and a half years, while studying at the Glasgow School of Art and it's been the perfect home. It's right next to Kelvingrove Park, and 1 minute from Argyle St with lots of restaurants and cafes. 10 mins from Exhibition Centre station and bus stop pretty much on the doorstep. For students we're between GSA and Glasgow Uni - a 15 minute walk to each.

Would love to pass on to some fellow GSA students, but happy to meet with anyone! Don't have to be a student.
