I am going to Australia for 6 months. I have a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Finnieston for lease while I am away.
The flat offers a stunning view of one of Scotland's most iconic buildings, Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery, as well as of Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow University. There is a balcony which is excellent to have when the weather improves. One of the bedrooms is en suite.
There is a parking space in the underground car park (albeit it's quite a small space - if you have a Land Rover you might be struggling to fit it in).
You will need to pay a deposit of one month's rent, bills, and Council Tax (I pay £204/month Council Tax, which is a reduced rate as I am a sole occupant).
