I need somebody to take over my studio at Willowbank Student Accomodation. The tenancy is from January 2019 to July 6th 2019 and there is the option of extending your contract. The start date is negotiable. ALL bills and 50MBps WiFi are included in the rent and there is no deposit.

The studio is 23sq. m, brightly lit and airy as it has 3 tall windows and half the room has a 15-foot ceiling.

The property is in the Woodlands area so very close to all the fabulous Westend amenities like Kelvingrove park, Great Western Road, Byres Road and multiple cafes and bars. Sainsbury's is 3 minutes away.
