This flat is ridiculously central with local amenities to die for. Broughton St is the first street you come to when you leave the flat. Restaurants, bars, clubs are all walking distance in any direction. The Omni Centre is 2 mins walk from the front door - for gym & cinema etc. Multrees Walk is the closest shopping street with Harvey Nicks and Louis Vuitton not even a couple of minutes away. The new St James Centre opens next year with an array of high-end shops and leisure facilities. St Andrew’s Square, George St and Princes St are less than 5mins walk.
The tram network has a stop about 100m from the front door, this takes us through the centre of town and out west to the Gyle (perfect for the business sector) and finally into the airport.

The rooms are fabulously quiet at night for getting your sleep (most rooms are to the back of building so NO traffic), which is amazing considering the location.

The last time we rented a room there was an unbelievable amount of interest - you'll need to be quick off the mark!
