My room in the just opened VITA Student Edinburgh accomodation will be avaible from January on. I am the first tenant ever of the room, as VITA opened in September 2018.

INCLUDED in price :electricity, heating, water and internet a complete bedding package, breakfast in the morning, house keeping as well as the use of all the amenities here at VITA. This includes the state of the art HUB space with its study area, gaming stations, ping pong, pool table, a huge kitchen to cook with your friends, free beer from 5pm to 8pm, and a gym which will open in January. You also get to participate at the various weekly events such as bowling, yoga, football, pub crawls and many more !

The room itself is on the 3rd floor with a stunning view towards the canal. It has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. A new flatscreen TV is situated in front of the bed. There is plenty of space to store all your clothes and other belongings. The kitchen includes a microwave/oven as well as a water heater and a toaster.

I can also leave you my kitchenware:
- 3 different sized pots
- 1 medium sized pan
- 4 glasses
- 2 cups
- 2 big plates
- 2 forks/knives/spoons
- 1 sharp knife and can opener
- different sized bowls
- a second set of bed sheets
- 2 small & 2 big towels

The lease agreement runs out on the 13.7.2019. You can move in on the 5.1.2019. There will also be the possibility of extending the lease if need be. All payment details will be done directly with the Vita office.

My stay so far at Vita has been amazing. If you are looking for a high class student accomodation with many interesting people but also the possibility to enjoy your own space, this is definitely your place to be.
