I rent my flat out to students or interns visiting Edinburgh for a term.

The flat is modern (building in 2006) and has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed (can be split to 2 singles) and bedroom 2 has a small double plus additional single day bed/sofa.

There's a large living room with dining table, separate kitchen (with washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, oven etc).

Bathroom has full bath and an electric shower.

Free on street and private parking.

Available for June and July for £1500pcm and August for £2500. September to December Erasmus students is £1200 per month.

Security deposit required in advance to secure the flat and this can be paid in GBP or EUR to a UK or EURO account (whichever is easiest to avoid fees). Rent can be paid by bank transfer or in cash on a monthly basis thereafter.

I am happy to have a video call with you and will also be happy to provide proof of ownership of the property as well as anything else you may like to feel you would like. Viewings available from 31st May.
