We are a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop and a 5 min walk to Fishbourne train station. We are also within a 10min drive to the city centre.

Ideal for employees/visitors of Goodwood, Rolls Royce, St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester Festival Theatre, College and University etc.

We are looking to rent this annex to a single professional on a full time.

Ideally looking for a long term let but would be willing to consider other options for the right person.

Please note; As part of the process we ask for a screen shot of an Experian credit report, 2x references (preferably your landlord & employer) and proof that you can make the rent such as your contract of employment.
We also follow SpareRoom. com’s recommendation in regards to having a regular guest stay where we ask that you stay out for the same number of nights in a week that they stay with you. This is not for one offs but more to prevent a partner moving in, as the annex is really only suitable for single occupancy.
