Hi everyone! I am the current tenant of a light and airy one bedroom, first floor flat moments away from the beautiful Battersea Park.
I am moving away from London for a new job and therefore am looking for a new tenant(s) to take over my lease for the remaining six months (5.7 months). This has been agreed both by the landlord and lettings agency. At the end of the six months the new tenant will have the option to renew the lease with the landlord.
The flat benefits from having access to a large and well-established communal garden which is perfect for barbecues in the summer months. The garden, which has code access for security, also has a rack and shelter for bikes. The area is incredibly quiet despite being just a short walk away from the hubbub of the Kings Road. If you have a car it is very easy to get a resident's permit from Wandsworth Council which allows your to park right in front of the flat (there is always space!).
The flat itself has a large, light and airy living room with a large bay window and a good height ceiling. The double bedroom is at the back of the house and has a nice view out onto the garden. The kitchen and bathroom are both of a good size with the latter benefiting from a bath. There is also plenty of storage throughout the flat including a large wardrobe in the double bedroom.
I can be fairly flexible around the move in date.
I will cover the £110 agency fee to have the tenancy reassigned but there will be a £50p/p referencing fee. The deposit for the flat is £1870. Council tax in the area is cheap (approx. £50 a month).
Please get in touch via e-mail if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing.
Look forward to hearing from you!
