We would love to have a tenant that would care about our house. We have refurbished the house to a high standard 2 years ago. We are only interested to rent out the entire house.
The property has the following.
Ground floor: big reception room, with some storage space, kitchen and living room with a utility toilet, garden with a comfortable patio and grass and a big shed for lots of storage.
On the first floor we have: 2 bedrooms of medium size, one bigger than the other, a communal toilet finished to a high standard. The big bedroom has a big loft which can be used as a space for an office or additional storage. We loved leaving there due to the proximity to central line (East Acton) literally 2 minutes away from the station. The high street has all the basic stuff you expect again a 2 minutes walk and a big Lidl 5 minutes walk away just opened. You can easily drive to Heathrow in 25 min or go to Acton Main Line and take a train which takes 20 minutes. The area is quiet, and really nice to live in with parks close by and so easy to get to central london this is a place we will miss for sure. We live around 7 min away drive so for any issues we could rapidly attend if needed.
