Available now. £750 including all bills. One double room available in this 3-bed centrally, located flat. Would suit single occupant. (Sorry no couples). Flat is light and airy. Nice aspect, views out to nature. The place is quiet, laid back and clean.

The two other housemates; one is a physicist (female ) and the other a teacher (male).

The room that’s coming available is on the upper floor. It has a large desk with chair, (desk not shown in the picture) good storage and a comfortable double bed.
The flat Is on 2 floors. Downstairs is the kitchen and lounge plus one bedroom and Upstairs 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with separate WC.

On the ground floor (in addition to the 3rd bedroom and communal kitchen/living space), there is a large balcony overlooking a green space.

All the bedrooms have a nice aspect, overlooking trees.

The balcony is a good size with chairs and table.

Flat is equipped with usual mod cons, ie washing machine, cooker, separate freezer and two fridges. The outside lockup can house a few bikes/boxes.

The boiler was recently replaced and the heating works well. The flat is warm in winter and there’s always plenty of light.

Cycling to town takes around 5 minutes and walking 10-15 minutes. It's a great location, (pretty close to Alexandra Gardens if you’re familiar with Cambridge).

We are looking for someone who will take good care of the flat and enjoy living with others, who will pitch in to help keep it clean.

Duration of stay can be for a long-term let should that be desired. Short lets also considered.
