We are looking to rent out our annex in Frenchay, Bristol.

You will have your own entrance and parking outside is always available.

The annex itself has its own kitchen, with coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, brand new one pot and microwave all included for you to use. (sorry no frying or hot plates allowed as there is no fan in there presently)

A private bathroom and mezzanine sleeping platform that comes with its very own balcony! All bills are included in the rent including Wi-Fi and Now TV .

The views from the property are amazing as we are situated on top of Snuff Mills and the location is ideal for anyone who needs to get to the centre as there is a bus that takes you to Park Street in 14 mins. (Bus stop is a 6 min walk away)

Within a short walk from the annex you will find takeaways, local shops, pubs and many beautiful walks.

We are looking for someone (the annex is only big enough for one person) to stay on a short term basis. Either as a Monday to Friday let or full week and the tenancy will need to end on the 1st July 2024 or sooner.
