We are looking for a Lodger/Guardian to mind our lovely home while we go travelling for 5 months (December to May).

Our house is fully-furnished two bedroom property (currently laid out as a double bedroom and office) that would suit a professional single or couple. We will charge £600 for a single and £700 for a couple. We have driveway parking, a wood burning stove, roll-top bath, period features and a summer house which also has a wood-burner, heating and a double bed! The house also has a large garden and if you were green-fingered and wanted to grow some bits in our veg patch you would be more than welcome!

We are happy to let for a smaller fee as we are looking for someone to mind the house and keep an eye on things while we are away.

We leave on 1st December 2022 and return 1st May 2023 so would ideally like someone who is happy to stay for the full duration of our trip. However, shorter stints may be considered for the right person/people.

We are a non-smoking home (you can smoke outside) and are happy to have well behaved pets as long as they won't damage the walls/carpets or disturb our lovely neighbours!
