This is one of the best locations in Bristol, within 5 minutes you can walk to Gloucestershire Road, St. Andrew Park and Montpellier Train station. There is no need for a car, but if you do have one it's free on-street parking.

It is a very homey property with its own entrance, Victorian fireplace, bay windows, private patio & front garden. The flat is south facing so the patio and garden have sun ALL DAY!

The flat has 3 main rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom and the Living room/ Bedroom that is divided by a wall with an opening (see floor plan).
