A cabin with a living room with the most comfortable and big sofa bed and a small bedroom with a small double bed.
The lodge has a functional kitchen corner with 2 ring cooker and microwave, (cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc are provided), bathroom with shower and a private little terrace with a beautiful view to the garden.
Please note there is NO washing machine.

This space is ideal for a professional who wants a very, very quiet space and it is also ideal for someone who wants total privacy and a comfortable place to return to after a hard day's work.

There is a small television/DVD player provided in the Lodge.

I am looking for someone who wants to rent for at least 3 months to be extended after that by mutual agreement.

There is space for 2 people for the odd night but it would be more suitable for a single person as the bed in the bedroom is a small double and there is no space for a wardrobe or a washing machine.
Parking is on a private drive way but on-road parking is also very safe and guaranteed (easier to park across the drive than on the drive). The bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk away and the local co-op shop the same distance.

The view is beautiful towards the garden and offers extra space in the summer to live. There is a large garden box outside where you can store a couple of suitcases or similar. The Lodge is well insulated and this provides for an extremely quiet environment.

The Lodge will be available from the 1st of February. Please note that the photos are taken when the Lodge was first built and was in pristine condition. It is still in very good condition but is currently lived in by a lodger who has been with me for 3 years. There might be some marks but it will be cleaned professionally before you come to move in.
Rent is due in advance and will roll on monthly with a monthly notice period.
