The lower ground floor features optional additional kitchen/dining space for all guests in the building. This area includes two microwave convection ovens, two twin electric hobs, two breakfast bars with stools, a compact four-seater dining table with stools, two sinks, an under-counter fridge and freezer, a utility cupboard with an iron/board and cleaning equipment, a TV, and a keep-warm kettle.

At an additional cost (via coin-operated payment), access laundry machines and a keypad-only entry to a fully stocked kitchen/pantry with a selection of premium foods, snacks, and beverages.

*Our rates are dynamic and follow a demand-based pricing model, similar to that employed by many accommodation providers.
