This annex is attatched to our home so we want someone that is mindful about noise and respectful to our family property.

We are currently landscaping our garden and having a driveway installed later in the year, so the access to the annex is uneven and there is some steps to go down, please see photos as this may not be ideal to everyone.
Parking is currently on the road (quiet with lots of space)

We are a professional working couple with 2 young childrem and a friendly labrador.
