I'm looking to let out my 1-bed flat in Southbourne from August as I'll be studying in Cardiff for the year.

The ideal tenant would be staying for at least 12 months, but it might be possible to negotiate a 9/10 month stay.

The fully furnished flat has decent sea views from the living room and bedroom and it's only a two-minute walk to the lovely Southbourne beach.

Hengistbury Head is also only a short walk away and Christchurch is just a five-minute drive. Bournemouth can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. The airport is also just a 15-minute drive.

There is parking available. The spots are not allocated to specific flats but the parking area is exclusive to the building. The flat is on the second/top floor. There is no lift access.

There is currently some freshening-up work being done to the exterior of the building, but this will be completed before September.

Internet (50mbps), maintenance fees and ground rent are included in the price.

Council tax, utilities (elec, water, sewage), and TV licence are not included.

The council tax is band A.

The flat is electric-only, no gas.

The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, a Smeg fridge/freezer, a washing machine and and a dishwasher, along with microwave, toaster and kettle.
