King size bed shown in first picture is present, but bed shown with red blanket is not, so there is a spare second room. Females and vegetarians preferred. Property includes all basic amenities: oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine (no tumble dryer but clothes airer). Modern bathroom and excellent shower. Fibre broadband internet and TV with various streaming services.

There is no rent split as my expectation is, given the short-term let opportunity, that the apartment will be let to a single person or couple. 21 night stay maximum is available for £650 including rent, utilities and a cleaning fee.

Set within a safe, residential part of Mudeford, this homely first floor apartment, situated under a mile from Mudeford Quay and 1.5 miles from central Christchurch, has a cute, cosy bedroom with a wonderfully comfy king size bed for occupancy.

You are within walking distance of Avon Quay, Mudeford Quay and Christchurch. There is free off-road parking outside the apartment block.

You are only a short walk from Somerford Way, where, you can catch the 1a bus to central Christchurch, or, for onward connections, to Christchurch railway station (10 minute bus journey).

There are good connections via bus services X1 and X2, which depart from the nearby Grebe Close to Bournemouth, arriving in approximately 45 minutes. The aforementioned bus services also head east towards Highcliffe.

The apartment is in a great location. You are a minute’s walk from Mudeford woods. Also within walking distance are Avon Quay and Mudeford Quay (16 minutes, 0.9 miles) and Christchurch Castle and Norman House, and the town centre (30 minutes, 1.5 miles).

Mudeford Quay is a popular destination, with great beaches and wonderful views, both out to sea, and of Christchurch itself. Christchurch is a pretty Saxon town situated at the confluence of the Rivers Avon and Stour, and originally founded under the name Twynham in the seventh century. Its Priory and ruins date from the eleventh Century, and the Castle itself is from Norman times.

Bournemouth, the popular seaside town, is easily accessible. The beaches at Southbourne are 3 miles away, Boscombe Pier is 5 miles, and the town centre further on. The New Forest is a 15 minute drive eastward. Other local points of interest are Hengistbury Head and Highcliffe Castle. Museum enthusiasts can consider Red House Museum and Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Bournemouth Aviation Museum, and the Bournemouth Natural Science Society, with its Egyptology collection.

Christchurch railway station has a direct service each hour connecting you with London Waterloo in 1 hour and 50 minutes. You can reach Bournemouth Central station in 7 or 8 minutes, and Southampton Central quickly. Services with no changes to the latter range between 28 and 40 minutes. Bournemouth International Airport is 7 miles away. Unless travelling there by car or taxi, it is almost quicker to travel to/from Southampton Airport Christchurch railway station on the 37 minute or 49 service.
