We are private landlords who have been renting out our own properties for 40 years plus.
We have excellent references from current and previous tenants and many holiday guests as well, many of whom have rented from us on and off for years....we have a mixture in sizes of holiday let apartments that will be available to rent on a 6 month (or less) basis from October 4TH 2022 to AROUND April 1st. 2023.

We have been recently upgrading our properties and we have some of the biggest self contained, quiet, fully furnished apartments in central Bournemouth, situated in the BH2 area which would suit one or two working professional(s)

The apartments are modern but with period features and big, high ceilings.
The kitchens are in their own separate area with a breakfast bar/desk area, often real Granite worktops and many appliances....they are finished to a very high standard........plus newly painted throughout.

The bathrooms have power showers, a sink, and a toilet and they are a good, clean space also with a heated towel rail and storage.

The apartments are zoned into different areas with open plan layouts and there are wonderful views out over Meyrick Park with one parking space available.

The apartments come fully furnished with comfortable furniture, a new double bed and plenty of storage.

In most of our properties there’s is an on site laundry room with pay as you go washing machine and tumble dryer or hang it out in the garden.
