The Little Red Outhouse is a converted outbuilding that is separate and private from our own house. Located just minutes from the M5 and close to many workplaces, it is the perfect crashpad in a peaceful, farm setting.

The space

The space is approximately 8ft x 13ft and consists of a bedroom with small 'kitchenette' area with fridge and a separate bathroom with Shower, WC and Basin.

It is suitable for 1 individual (no couples or families) and appeals to professionals who might be working or studying (e. g. paramedics course) locally, but live elsewhere and who just need an affordable and private space.

It is also a possible 'stop-gap' for individuals who might be in between relationships or houses.

Priority is given to longer stay requests and monthly discounts are also available.

There is an allocated parking space for one car and ALL BILLS (Council Tax, Water, Electricity, TV Licence, WIFI) ARE INCLUDED. Clean bed linen and towels are provided weekly, but guests are responsible for keeping the space clean and for changing the bed sheets.

Guests have their own access 24/7.

Interaction with guests

The Outhouse is completely separate and self-contained. Myself and my husband work from home and are available if help is needed. However if you are looking for a sociable house share, this is not what is on offer here as one of the 'unique selling points' of The Outhouse is that you don't have to share it and it is exclusively yours with no 'interuption' from other room mates, landlord or people.

Other things to note

Parking available. The Outhouse is situated up a private drive and although it is close to the village of Fairfield (with pub, shop, post office, bus stops and church), a car is essential. Public transport is limited around the area and guests will need a car to get about.
