Hello, I'm looking for a bright, well-maintained, furnished 1-bedroom flat or a spacious double studio (or short-term double en-suite room) in RBKC, Westminster or Chiswick/Hammersmith.
(Not East, North, or South London because of commute times).
I prefer first floor or higher (for security), an outlook, and good transportation links.
It would be great if there was a balcony or outdoor area.

Looking for ultimately a long term tenancy and ideally starting 14 August or close to.

If not, short-term:
From 14/8 (or thereabouts) while I continue to look for a place. Open to a double en-suite furnished room with all bills included.

In general, I prefer that all bills are included for the whole apartment. If the dates align, I'm open to 6 months and beyond.

Professional, friendly, mature, clean, tidy, and reliable are some of my characteristics. Your property will be well taken care of by me.
