Hi. I currently live on Putney Bridge Road, a rented studio in the roof of a 3 storey house. Have been there for over 10 years & loved it but, my landlord passed away & his family have taken over & now I think it's time to move on. I am a single 50 year old. No family, no pets. I like to keep myself to myself hence prefer living on my own. I cannot afford a lot, I like to give some of my salary to my Mum, Sister & Nephews as they can benefit more from my money I feel, but what I can do is treat a place as if it were my own & take such good care of it. I was lucky enough where I currently am that money was not the be all & end all for my landlord & for that I was very grateful. I am loyal, hence staying at my current address for 10 years plus & I am looking for a long term stay. I have been a Civil Servant all my life & currently work for the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. I desperately want to stay in the Putney areas as I fell in love with the area when I moved to London 24 years ago. I know the area well 7 all my friends are from around there. I like to be settled.
