Hi all,

I'm looking for a room to rent in London, not too bothered about the area as long as it has good transport links and is nice enough. I'm moving out of my current houseshare due to structural issues with the house, which really sucks as I've loved it here!

I'm looking for somewhere homely, lgbt-friendly and reasonably clean. Ideally I like living in shares that are more of a home where we get to know each other, socialise, etc. If you're into creative stuff or have an alternative lifestyle, even better.

My budget is up to £670pcm for rent, but obviously lower would be nice haha. I'm 24 years old and self-employed (I work from home), but don't mind the age of other housemates too much as long as we get along fine. Currently I only live with other women and have really like that, so an all women house would be nice again (but isn't a requirement).

If you think I'd be a good fit for your place just send me a message! Hoping to view some places asap. I'm fairly open with moving dates mid-July is the earliest I can move, and the very latest I'm looking at is mid-September.
