I am looking to find a 1/2 bedroom home for me and my 3 year old daughter Maia as my current landlord wishes to sell the flat we are renting.
I am currently looking for teacher training work as I have just finished my degree. I am currently receiving housing benefit. I can supply a reference from my landlord, I have lived in the flat for nearly three years.

Our present landlord wants to sell the property we are currently in, we need to move by 20/5/2019 and are required to give 30 days notice period if we can move out earlier. We are urgently need to find accommodation.
