I am a Full time professional, mature, reliable, quiet , very neat and no smoker looking for one top floor (or no one living above) Bedroom flat with good storage or loft use -NO SHARING. Preferably the flat should have separate kitchen with a door to isolate food smells. The accommodation needs to be private (not within a shared property)in a quiet neighborhood with good transport links within zone 3 or 4 max , south east London ,Crystal Palace Sydenham, Penge, Forest Hill.
I am willing to pay up to ?875 MAX possibly with some bills included

Moving date can be slightly flexible for the right place .
I am also willing to discuss for a cheaper monthly rental quotation in exchange of property guardian, Italian language tuition, Pets cat and dogs as i am an animal lover or house keeping.
