I am a prof female in my late 30s in urgent need of a one bedroom garden flat in London.

Preferred areas are East, North or North East London as long as it has easy access to the M25 and good transport links into Central London.

I am extremely neat and tidy, so very house proud. I am looking for a flat to make my home. So if you want a tenant who will look after your property, then that’s me.

I have a 15yrs old dog who is very precious to me, she’s nearly blind and deaf. So being an oldie she pretty much sleeps all day. I know most landlords do not like pets, but I can assure you that she is a sweet old doggie. And I can provide character reference for her from current and previous landlords :-)

I am looking to move within the the next month, before or by end of November.
