Before I explain what I am looking for, if you are someone that intends to try and scam me by trying to persuade me to part with a deposit before viewing a place, then please don't contact me. I will never pay any money until viewing a place and signing a tenancy agreement and I will not pay cash, I have had several people try and do this.
I am looking for a one or two bedroom ground floor flat or a bungalow any where in Bristol that has gas central heating and I can pay up to ?800 a month. I am a 45 year old woman and I am disabled so I need a place that doesn?t have more than 2 steps to the front door.
I realise that landlords don?t generally like accepting Housing Benefit and due to illness and disability, I am receiving Housing Benefit and the highest rate PIP and ESA benefits, but please don?t stop reading at this point. I can offer to pay up to 6 months rent in advance and my dad who is Managing Director of a publishing company can act as a guarantor. I am looking for a long term let.
Before I became unwell in 2013, I worked for a care company and managed a team of support workers and we supported adults with learning difficulties.
