My partner and I are looking for a fair sized studio to let. We are both professionals looking to down size as my partner will be working for his company in Scotland during the week and will only be around on weekends.
Our budget is 700/750 not including bills and 950 including bills.

All inclusive short term lets are also of interest at the moment as the building were currently in is under going massive renovations and its become quite disturbing living there while this is happening.

Neither of us smoke and we lead a fairly quiet lifestyle and have a little 12yr old dog who is a delight.
