My studio will be free from 20.2. to 15. 3. for a great price for short term. Recently refurbished, bright and spacious studio (ca. 26 sq meters) near shopping, many connections, 2 great parks and Thames in Wandsworth. It has a small front yard with seats and table.

I have a double bed. The bathroom is small but convenient, the kitchen is relatively large and perfect for cooking.
I don't have a TV, but I do have a keyboard to play music and a bike you are free to use. You can also use my gym membership during your stay, if you like.

The closest tube station (10 minute walk) is East Putney, district line. The high street next to my flat has plenty of buses to go to central London and elsewhere. The pretty Wandsworth Park by Thames is a 10 minute walk away, and King George's park is perfect for walks too.

Southside shopping centre and train station is also just minutes walk away, and surrounded by other convenient shops for groceries etc.

I'm looking for a respectable tenant to "guard" my house while I'm away. Couples are welcome too.
