I am looking for a quiet professional to rent the flat whilst I am away over Christmas. It will be available from the 19th of December 2015 until the 17th of January 2016, so it will be a 1 month let in total. It is a spacious studio flat, fully furnished. You will need to provide your own bed linen and bath towls, etc. it will be a total of £750 for the month and a £250 security deposit. The rent includes cable tv, fast broadband internet (unlimited download), water and council tax. Gas and electricity are prepaid which you will need to pay for yourself, but can be recharged at the shop a 2 minute walk away. I would say budget about £20 for the month for both gas and electricity.

It is located in Manor House (in Zone 2) close to all transport links. It is literally a 3 minute walk to the Manor House tube station (Piccadilly Line) and is linked incredibly well with bus routes to all areas of London.

This self contained studio flat is spacious, clean and bright. It is located on the first floor of an 8 storey apartment building with secure access. It has a separate kitchen and bathroom and a large bedroom living area with a small balcony to the rear over looking green lawns. The kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven and washing machine.

I am looking for a quiet professional who knows how to live on their own and keep a place clean and tidy whilst respecting my furnishings that they will be using.
