I am looking for someone to take over my flat in Chelsea. The current lease contract is running until the 13/02/25, which guarantees you a fixed rent for a good amount of time. I moved here in February 2022. This is a top floor flat, in a very quiet area/building. On the bedroom's side, you give directly on the Brompton park and can see the stadium of Chelsea on the other side. On the living room side, you have the street - Ifield Road - which is very quiet as there's almost no traffic going through. The flat has 5 large windows, which makes it very bright. The closest tube stations are Earl's Court and West Brompton. You can also get the bus 14, 414 and 211 very easily from here. Perfect for a young couple or a single professional. A bed, couch, table, chairs, and a desk are coming with the apartment. There's a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom as well and storage in the stairs. The rent is 2,000£ pm, to which you can add c. 200£ pm of council tax and bills (internet, water, gas and electricity). Looking for someone to takeover the lease ASAP.
