This is a short term let only and includes bills.
Our house is down a dead end street right just off Church Street, Stoke Newington with Abney conservation area at the end. So you don't get woken by traffic but bird song!
It is a 4 story house with a double room with en-suite in the attic conversion, the next floor down has the master bedroom that is big bright and airy with a king size bed, awash with the afternoon sun. Also on this floor is a small double with a super comfy bed that gets all the morning sunshine. On the next floor is the second bathroom and a large open plan siting room. Here there are comfy sofa's, Virgin TV and somewhere to park you bikes (2 bikes that can be borrowed while you stay are also here). The front door is up steps and opens into this floor. One of my favourite things is to sit in the evening sun on the doorstep!
The ground floor has a large kitchen with a beautiful old table, chairs and another sofa. Its a brilliant space to entertain or just enjoy the mooring sun at breakfast. This opens onto a decent size London garden with BBQ. Also on this floor is the 4th bedroom, also a big double with a super comfy king size bed. In the hot summer months this is the coolest room in the house and possible the best nights sleep can be had here.
All other tenants have moved out as I am decorating the house for the landlord, but I want to go and live in my camper van with my son for a month so I am looking let out the whole house while we are away. 6 August until 7 September. The rent on the advert covers bills. Oh and I should mention there is a large loveable cat called Bernard who will keep you company - the neighbours can feed him if you want!
