Hello I have a small house which I have available to rent to a couple or friends who may be looking for 1bedroom and a living room.
There is one couple already living in the house however they are both very busy at work and stay in their room they will not be using the kitchen on a regular basis and will not be using the living room at all so the living room is your private space to relax.
The train station is a 5minute walk and all shops and banks are in walking distance from the house.
