Hi there, my name is Alex, I am 34 and I am a London based artist. For the past 5 years I live in a lovely and spacious 1-bed flat in Peckham with my cat Oedipus. In the 19th of March I have to leave for 7 weeks to work on a project abroad. I'm looking to find someone trustworthy to sublet and look after my flat (and Oedipus) for that period. I could agree to charge as little as £180 per week plus £40 per week for utility bills.
