I am sincerely looking for a full-time student to take over the contract of my Studio lease on the second floor of the View Studio, SE16 3FW, starts on any following Monday and ends on Monday 9th September 2024.

The room type is Gold Plus Studio, and all bills are included. The rate is £350 per week, which is much cheaper than the current £415 per week on the official website.

The room is fully furnished, wifi is available throughout the whole apartment and in the room, the heating in the room can be turned on and off at any time, and the separate bathroom in the room has hot water 24 hours a day. The room comes with one small double bed, an oversized desk, two adjustable chairs, a large wardrobe, several storage cabinets and large storage space under the bed. A kitchen is fitted with a range hood, induction cooker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and one kettle. All bills covered!

The bathroom has an oversized makeup mirror and a comfortable shower space. At the same time, the room has a very spacious corner where you can easily put the dining table or bicycle. And at this corner there is a window, through which you can see a pleasant street view.
