We're renting a lovely, modern flat with great transport links and two double bedrooms (one large, one small). It would suit a professional couple perfectly. The flat is part furnished with all white goods and comes with a sunny balcony and secure, off-road parking space.

We are well connected for getting into Central London. The flat is 2 minutes walk to Anerley Station (Zone 4) which has trains direct to London Bridge (20-25 minutes), Canada Water (19 minutes) and East London on the overground. Other transport options are Penge East (Zone 4) which is a 12 minute walk away with a train to Victoria in 17 minutes, and Crystal Palace (Zone 3) which is a 10 minute walk/4 minute bus journey and has trains direct to London Bridge and Victoria.

The flat has a large double room, a smaller double room currently in use as an office, a large open plan kitchen/diner, a bathroom with a joined bath/shower and a large storage cupboard (perfect for hoover, shoes, suitcases, etc).

Included in the kitchen, all integrated, are: fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, brand new washing machine and cooker with gas hob. There is also lots of kitchen storage. We can provide a table and chairs if that would be helpful. There is a shared tumble drier on each floor of the block of 13 flats.

Within a 2-5 minute walk are a lovely local pub (the Anerley Arms), a CO-OP, a Chinese takeaway, a great caff and various small shops. For larger supermarkets Aldi is ten minutes by foot and there is a large Sainsburys in Crystal Palace.

The rent is £1300 per month. We will be the landlords (and live locally, only 1 mile away) so there are no agent or admin fees. There is a cost for a reference check which will be a maximum of £100 per person. The deposit is 1.5 months rent, £1950.

The flat is available from Monday 30th May (Bank Holiday) or any point from there onwards. The reference checks will need to be completed before the move date.
