My apartment in Kilburn/Cricklewood is free from end of February and I'm looking for a couple/family or friends to rent it.

It's located on Cricklewood Broadway so you can take advantage of all the amenities like, shops, bars, restaurants, iconic pubs.

Transport - 5 minutes from Cricklewood Station (Overground that takes you to Kings Cross in 10 mins) AND 15 minutes from Kilburn (Jubilee Lines, handy to reach the City)

The flat is on the second floor, with a spacious living room overlooking the prestigious Clayton Crown Hotel and Pub. It's very airy and gets a lot of light through the day.

Next to the living room is the fulling equipped kitchen (separate room).

Master Bedroom - this is a double bedroom overlooking the back of the building with access to a roof terrace (though via window). Given both bedrooms face the back of the building, they are both very quiet at night.

Second Bedroom - single bedroom overlooking the back of the building.

Bathroom - newly refurbished, with new bathtub.

When you enter the flat there is a lovely carpeted staircase that leads you to the rest of the apartment. Handy to put paintings, art work, or store shoes.

About me, the landlord - I'm a writer, originally from Italy, but have lived in London for over 10 years now. I live not too far from the flat, so I'm available to help should you have any questions or requests.

I'm looking for a family, a couple or a couple of professionals who intend to take care of the flat and rent for at least a year.
