My current tenants are moving out on the 2nd August so I'm looking for new people to move in around this date.

It's a 2 double bedroom apartment 4-5 mins walk from Spinningfields, near the Lowry Hotel. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite.

It has a massive open plan kitchen and living room with open brick work and high beams/ also has 2 massive bay windows in the living room. Really bright and airy flat.

I live in London so looking for someone to take over the flat and look after it like it's their own. The current tenants have been in the flat nearly 3 years and looked after it really well.

Both bedrooms have double beds and chest of draws. The living room has a couch and draw units and a huge flat screen TV which I left as I had nowhere to put in London when I moved.

You can take the flat as furnished or unfurnished, what ever is easiest for you, just let me know what you would like to keep and what you want removed.

Ideally like a couple of professionals who are looking for a long term rental to make the flat their home.
