Lovely one bedroom ground floor furnished flat at beautiful Thornhill Road. The flat is located at the rear of the building, creating a quiet and private environment. The property has a gated carpark, a good size private garden with french door access from the living room, it is an escape from busy London.
It is a 15 min walk to Leyton Central Line station and a 3 min walk to a Tesco and other amenities.
Roughly 40 min by bike or by tube to central London.
A 5 minute walk to Jubilee Park, 10 to 15 min walk to the Hackney/Walthamstow Marshes and a 10 min bike ride to Hackney Wick.
The flat will be available from the 28th of June to the 22nd of September 2024 as we are going on parental leave back to our native country. The total rent would come down to £1,700 per month with all bills included (water, electricity/gas, council tax, broadband). The first month rent as well as a refundable security deposit of a month rent will be required upon letting agreement signature.
We are willing to consider one or two month stays but preference will be given to people staying for the whole period between 28/06/2024 and 22/09/2024.
No smokers or pets allowed and maximum tenants of 2.
Reference from previous landlord required.
Bear in mind that the current furniture arrangements in the living room and bedroom are flexible we will remove anything you don't want (except the couch).
