We are a couple, looking to sublet/rent our beautiful flat for a month or two while away with work.

The flat is on a tree-lined, quiet residential street by Finsbury Park - has tall ceilings, wooden floors, large windows and a lot of light. It's comprised of two bedrooms, bathroom, a living room and a separate kitchen.

The master room is an extra large double with a superking bed, and an acoustic upright piano with a built-in silent system (you'd be welcome to play, so long as you look after it and respect the neighbors).

The second bedroom is a small, airy double.
The living room includes a projector and small home theatre setup.

The place is a 5 min walk from Manor House underground and 5-10 mins from Finsbury Park underground. Convenient links to the Picadilly & Victoria lines, and all overgrounds from Finsbury Park. 20 min to Kings Cross/ Covent Garden door to door.

The flat has great access to outdoor space, with both Clissold Park and Finsbury Park within 5 min walks. We are also one minute walk away from the Castle Climbing Centre. Stoke Newington's Church Street is a 10 min walk.

We're looking for either an individual or a couple who we can trust to be respectful of the place and our belongings - some of which will remain in the house.
