We are looking for two people to replace us in our lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We have both had a change in jobs and will be leaving the area. This apartment comes with free off-street parking and a garage. It has a large maintained communal garden as well. Both bedrooms overlook the lawn and trees which can become very tranquil at certain times of the day. The sun comes in from the livingroom side and lights up the large livingroom/kitchen area. Phone entry, Sky connection, built-in wardrobes, double glazing, power shower.

We took the property with a 3 year contract and have used up 17 months of it leaving 19 months to have a fixed rental cost. The contract runs out on July 10th 2018 but this can be extended. The bills are on top of the rent but being Wandsworth Coucil, this doesn't add up to a lot.

We only need about 2 weeks to completely vacate the property so you can move in for a contract start of beginning of the month. If you really like the flat but can't make it that soon then we can negotiate and work out another date. There is an agent involved acting on behalf of the landlady who have both been very good. The reference fees are an upfront cost but the check-in fee will be covered by us. There is a deposit which goes into a protected deposit scheme until the time is up.

Amenities: Head one way and you are on Putney High Street in 10 minutes walking or head the other way and in the same time you are at Southside shopping center. You pretty much have everything else in-between.

Transport: Getting to the city is easy either via East Putney (District)/Putney (Southwest Trains) or you can be in Clapham Junction in 15 mins on one of three bus routes to head in all sort of directions. If you're driving then being so close to the A3 has it's benefits for leaving London in a hurry and you have several routes heading East and across the river as well.

Viewing can be arranged at any time of the day as we both have flexibility to break away from work if required.
