My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely 2-bed flat on Roman Road in Bow and we're looking for new tenants to replace us.

The flat is a first-floor apartment. Ceilings are very high throughout, giving the place a spacious and airy feel.

Each bedroom is a nice medium-sized double, at either end of the apartment for maximum privacy.

The flat also has a large open-plan living room and kitchen. This is at the front of the building overlooking Roman Road, and benefits from three huge south-facing sash windows: perfect for catching the afternoon & evening sun.

Roman Road is a lively, busy commercial street, with plenty of cafes and takeaways. The flat is a short walk from Victoria Park and the many pubs in its environs, and there are plenty of pubs to the south on your way to Mile End station. The nearest supermarkets are a large Tesco and Iceland, just a 5-minute walk away along Roman Road.

Transport-wise, the flat is a 10-minute walk from Mile End tube station (Central / District / Hammersmith & City lines), while the number 8 bus takes you direct into Central London.

This flat would be perfect for two friends looking for a place with a large communal space. Interest in the rooms individually is also very welcome, however please note that you would be signing a joint contract for the flat itself, not just for the room. Your initial contract would be for at least 6 months.

Each room is £758 per month and once bills are added your monthly outgoings are approximately £850 each.
