I'm looking to rent out my 1 wonderful bed flat in Montpelier Bristol. £900 plus bills.

I am selling my flat however it is taking longer than expected so I am looking for a short term let to cover the costs whilst it goes through.

All utilities included in the bills apart from electric which is on a key meter, just top up what you need. Good, reliable, fast wifi.

If the sale takes longer than 3 months there may be a possibility to extend.

It's part furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs, and coffee table in the living room. In the bedroom there is a double bed (different from the photo), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The flat is just off Picton Street in Montpelier however it's really quiet, despite it being right near Stokes Croft. It's got lovely windows that let in lots of light and has a great view over the rooftops and trees.

Please send me a message with a bit of info about yourself and your situation if you're interested.
