Pets will be considered. I would prefer no pets but again for the right candidate everything is negotiable. A small breed dog for example is acceptable together with a separate agreement to indemnify the landlord against damage caused by the pet. An insurance policy can also be taken out by the tenants to cover such damage. In the past I have had sofas and carpets ruined by pets so I am happy to accept them if YOU insure ME against any damage they cause. I think that's pretty fair?

The existing tenants are vacating due to buying a property so the dates are preliminary and subject to change. There are NO definite dates but the tenants are hoping to complete sometime in February so we hope March 1st will be the latest possible date for occupation. . .
