Available:

Max term:
3 months
Rent:
£650pcm

One single bedroom available temporarily in this beautiful 2 bed flat, adjacent to Hackney Downs Park.

You will be sharing with a mother and her 20 yrs old son, who are planning to be away on short trips during this time.

It's a very warm family environment where we respect and support each other. No parties, it's a residential house in a very respectful neighborhood.

Would suit a single occupancy, preferably female.

The house is filled with natural sunlight, on the first floor of a communal block of flats. Small shared balcony with table and chairs.

This is a sublet for 2 months starting from May to 31st July (can be a little flexible about dates). I will consider shorter stays if we feel we are a good match.

Price: £650/months inclusive of all bills

Wonderful location 5-10 minutes walk to Hackney central, 0-3 mins to Hackney Downs Park, 15-20 minutes to London Fields/Broadway Market/Dalston

Any questions feel free to reach out!

I look forward to hearing about you and
how you would like to live with us!
